September 9th, 100km World Championship. I will attempt the Australian 100km record here. June 2nd, Western Sydney Marathon. July 14th, Adelaide 24h. August 19th, Run the Great Whitsunday Trail.
Welcome to Engadine Triathlon Club. The club prides itself on its spirit of having fun; where people of all ages and abilities can enjoy learning new skills, racing, training and socialising in a friendly and laid back atmosphere. The club is run entirely by volunteers, is a not-for-profit organisation, and is accredited with Triathlon NSW.
You are welcome to join us for any of these free training sessions. We run speed-endurance intervals on Mondays .
We still have our run group that heads out during the week, so if you want some company check out the group runs.
1 A bus full of Hindus. On Sunday I finally ticked off the Coast Track in the Royal National Park south of Sydney, 31 glorious kilometres of cliffs, forest and beaches. I looked behind me at all the remaining passengers who seemed content to stay on.
